You can return for any reason the products you bought within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

First you must notify us of your desire to return in writing, sending an email to info@vardavasoptics.gr.

Returns are only accepted if:

• Contact us via email at info@vardavasoptics.gr

• The return is made within 14 days from the receipt of the product

• The product has not been used

• The product packaging is returned intact (cases, cloths, boxes)

• The purchase receipt / invoice is returned.

You can send us the products to be returned by shipping of your choice or deliver them to us at our store, 18 Akadimias str., Athens. In case of shipping, shipping costs and responsibility are borne by you. We are not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during transport.

Under no circumstances will returns of contact lenses and liquid contact lenses, whose packaging has been opened, be accepted for hygiene reasons.

Returns on especially ordered contact lenses as well as glass lenses are not accepted.

If the above conditions are met, the refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the returned products by us by deposit in a bank account that you have indicated to us in writing via email to info@vardavasoptics.gr.

Before being shipped by our company, all products are thoroughly inspected and shipped in excellent condition. Upon receipt of your order, please carefully check the products and packaging for any damage.

Regarding contact lenses, please carefully check the product you received (make, grade, curvature) before opening the package. In case you find any damage that occurred during the transport of the product or you consider that the product you purchased is defective or does not have any of the properties mentioned in its description or in case of receiving a product other than the one you ordered, please notify us immediately by contacting us within 2 days from the date of receipt of the package in order to get instructions so that you can return the product to us.

In this case, the product must be returned to us along with the purchase receipt or invoice, by ELTA Courier, at the recipient's charge (our charge), or you can return it to us in our store, 18, Akadimias str., 10671, Athena.

If the above conditions for the return of the product are met, we will proceed with its replacement with a new product, if there is immediate availability, or a refund or the selection of another product, at your choice.

In case the return conditions for the replacement or refund are not met, the parcel will be returned to you at your own expense.
